A discount of 1% will be offered to purchasers whose current address in their identity card has a 6-digit postal code which begins with any of the first 2-digits below:

1) The above discount schemes are for limited time period only.  Terms & Conditions apply.

2) Purchaser(s) must produce all necessary documentary proof to qualify for the above discount schemes at point of purchase (e.g.  NRIC, birth certificates, property titles/property tax invoice, etc).

3) Discounts will not be offered after the Option To Purchase is issued

4) All discounts will be deducted from the Selling Price and the price after discount will be rounded down to the nearest $10.
