On behalf of Powerful Negotiators @ PropNex, I am really excited to announce the soft launch of our beta version of the i-Deal-Clients app for all our clients to use.
This is a very powerful app that took us more than 1 year of research, planning and hard work to develop. It is now available for download from the Apple App Store.
Why did we invested so much time & effort to develop this app?
We want to provide a One Stop Service for our clients and provide them with the latest information and helping them to make better decisions when selecting their properties. This is the FIRST apps in this real estate industry that provide one to one concierge service between the agents and our clients.
I want to replace the traditional namecard to an "International Mobile Name Card" (the app) that anyone in the world can download and use. This will help anyone who are interested in Singapore properties to get very valuable, accurate and up-to-the-second "live" information and listings.
This app allows the clients to:
1. Search for property listings.
2. No duplicate listings.
3. Notification of any Sold/ Rented units in different districts which provide clients an update of prices done in different location.
4. Set an alert to our agents to check the properties you specifically searching for.
5. Be alerted on any good deals or projects by your dedicated agent.
6. Investment articles that are critical for your investment decision can be found here.
7. Recommendation on vendors to help clients manage their properties issues.
8. Amenities and children activities for the families are included in the searches.
9. New launches information and updates are provided

While the current beta version is already fully functioning and provides all the information mentioned above, it is still the first phase of the app development. We are currently already developing the 2nd phase to enhance the app even better with more powerful functionalities and comprehensive information for consumers in the near future. For now, the i-Deal-Clients app is only available for IOS version.
The Android version will be coming soon. We look forward to receive feedback from our users so we can further improve it and provide better services to our users.

Next, sign up as a new user,
- Enter your name;
- Enter your mobile number;
- Enter your email address;
- Enter a password;
- Enter 9090 1288 in the agent's mobile number field;
- Enter "submit" once done.
- Then sign in by using your own mobile number in the "enter phone no" column and enter the password you had just created in the above process.
