On behalf of Powerful Negotiators @ PropNex, I am really excited to announce the soft launch of our beta version of the i-Deal-Clients app for all our clients to use.

This is a very powerful app that took us more than 1 year of research, planning and hard work to develop. It is now available for download from the Apple App Store.

Why did we invested so much time & effort to develop this app?

We want to provide a One Stop Service for our clients and provide them with the latest information and helping them to make better decisions when selecting their properties. This is the FIRST apps in this real estate industry that provide one to one concierge service between the agents and our clients.

I want to replace the traditional namecard to an "International Mobile Name Card" (the app) that anyone in the world can download and use. This will help anyone who are interested in Singapore properties to get very valuable, accurate and up-to-the-second "live" information and listings.

This app allows the clients to:

2. No duplicate listings.

While the current beta version is already fully functioning and provides all the information mentioned above, it is still the first phase of the app development.
